Welcome to EAA Chapter 1114!

Congratulations! You have arrived at one of the largest and most active EAA chapters in the southeastern USA. EAA1114 offers something for every aviation interest in central North Carolina: homebuilding, vintage, warbirds, ultralights, fly-ins, fly-outs, workshops, aviation history and good old hangar flying.

*New* EAA Chapter 1114 was recently honored with a plaque in Oshkosh as one of the top 25 EAA Chapters for Young Eagles flights. We've been flying kids for 21 years, and with over 16,200 kids flown, we are ranked number two out of all EAA Chapters worldwide! Click here to see the plaque!

*New* We're planning a "homecoming" event for our summer picnic (on May 19). Planning is just starting, but for all current and prospective members or anyone otherwise involved in the Chapter, and especially for those who were involved in the past, please mark your calendar and plan to join us! We'll be reaching out to all former leaders, volunteers, members, etc. in the coming weeks.

*New* Planning for several 2018 Chapter excursions is under way. See the Calendar page for details.

*New* Planning for Young Eagles events for 2018 has begun! This is a great opportunity to get involved in a very worthwhile program. Let's make the #2 Chapter #1 (see below)! First event is 4/7/2018. Details are on our Young Eagles page.

*New* Chapter membership dues are "due"! Please help wrap up renewals ASAP!
